Beginning his career with TATA Engineering (Telco), Chaks has since been involved in several innovative IT developments from software-as-a-service in the early 2000s, to IDEAS, the latest advancement in the healthcare insurance industry.

A renowned regulatory burdens optimisation expert and productivity specialist with extensive national and international project experience, Dr Izhar has transformed numerous public sector services throughout a variety of industries. His expertise has taken him overseas, having been acknowledged by the Georgian Government in his knowledge of Georgian IT transformation.
